Downsizing

It started with my most recent piercing in my ear, it got infected over and over and it doesn’t really help that I wear a headset at work all day long, I think that was the problem. So I took it out yesterday.

And this evening I downsized my both earlobes from 8mm to 1,6mm. I will probably regret it tomorrow. But it felt right at the moment. I wonder if they will shrink down totally or just stay big. They doesn’t look pretty now anyway!

On another note, I had a pretty nice evening with my coworkers. We went for a walk and then made a barbecue. My dog was with me as well and I think he really enjoyed the leftovers!
I’m really thankful that my job set these things up because I don’t know anyone in this city and I don’t really socialize with anyone outside work. I have a hard time making new friends these days!
Now I’m super tired so I should probably crawl to bed so I get up for work tomorrow.

It is time for another review post from my last Lush haul!

Reviews

1. Ice Blue: This is my absolute favorite so far! Gosh this smells so darn good! I don’t think I could live without it! I also love the color of it. Both the smell and the color reminds me of a soap my grandmother used to have when I was young. I use Ice Blue in the shower. 5/5
2. Honey I washed the Kids

: It smells good, but not as good as Ice Blue, so I only use it when I wash my hands, but it is lovely since you really can feel how clean you get with this soap! But when I look at it, I always get cravings for chocolate since it looks like nougat. That’s a bad thing! 4/5.

3. Herbalism: This one really stinks in the beginning! When I got it I realized that I wouldn’t be able to use the whole thing within 3 months so I sold half of it. Herbalism is a sludgy green face cleansing paste. I don’t use it everyday since it dries out my skin but if you guys have oily skin, I think this one would be really good for you. I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin after using this, since I don’t use it everyday I believe, but I still feel refreshed after using it, and it is fun to get a green muddy face when using it! 3/5.
4. Schampoo Bar Tin: There is not much to say about a jar, but it is perfect for my Baby Face cleanser.
5. Aromaco Deo: When ordering I got this deodorant sample for free. I found it hard to use since you can’t really feel how much you put on. When I tried it I think I got too much under my arms. Sure it was a good smell but it was way too strong for me. Even if I washed myself twice the smell didn’t go away and it dried out my skin a little bit. I didn’t feel like using it again. 1/5.

The Hills and The City

That’s what I’ve been watching online lately. When I first saw The Hills on TV I thought it was weird and I didn’t really know if it was a reality show or not. But now I know better. I just finished The City season one and I’m now about to give The Hills another go. Big thanks to MTV that brings us all full episode from these series!

I have to say that I got a bit scared when I saw Allie from The City. She is really really skinny. It doesn’t look healthy. I just hope she is that skinny naturally.

Have you guys seen any of these shows? What do you think?
