Since it has been hell at my job the last months and my health has been affected as well, I decided to apply for some university programs a few months ago. And I’ve known the results for a couple of weeks now! I got in to one of the programs!
Unfortunately I didn’t get in to my first choice; Web programming. But the second choice isn’t bad either; Webdevelopment! I’m lucky that I even got in on any of them!
Since I didn’t want to move again, I decided to study at home. Getting the degree will take two years, and the bad part is that I won’t be seeing so many people, which I really need so I don’t become a total loner. Hopefully it will work out some how. But I’m super excited to start fresh!
Because of this I’ve been wanting to get a new computer, a mini laptop. I also want a super cute laptop bag to go with it! Perhaps I have to get a tote bag as well, I’ll probably need some books ;). Need a bag so I can get out of the apartment to study on a library or a cafe, don’t want to be more of a loner than I already am ;)
Do any of you have a mini laptop you can recommend?

Read It Later is my new best friend. I’ve been using the Firefox extension for a while now and I totally love it! I happen to find tons of interesting articles and whatnot all the time, usually I totally forget about them as soon as I close my browser, or I save them to my bookmarks or add a star in Google Reader, but it gets so messy after a while!
With Read It Later Firefox extension, I can save pages with on singel click so I can read them later (even offline!). I can also delete pages with one click. The best is that it is also integrated with Google Reader!

I’m totally snowed in on nerdy and geeky t-shirts. I’ve also been sick for several days with a severe cold (I’m coughing my lungs out!) so I’ve been watching too many episodes of The Big Bang Theory, so it got me looking for some new shirts! I found these neat ones made by SEIBEI (David Murray). My favorite, that you probably have seen on different blogs already, is “I’m fat lets party“. LOL!
I’m going back to the couch now. I should take a picture of the pile with snot-paper to show you all, it’s impressive, but I’ll spare you the pain. The germs might jump right through the screen!

Yay! The new theme is up! I can’t say it’s complete yet, still have a few errors to work out (Like the empty widget box at the bottom of the sidebar, the cause is nowhere to be found! Help!) here and there, and you are welcome to point out any errors you can find.
Geez, it took me a while to get the codes together, it was so simple back in the days when the theme structure wasn’t so complicated!
Anyway, I hope you like it!

Last Sunday I went to the Scandinavia Sci-Fi, Game & Film Convention in Malmoe with Maia. I took some crappy pictures since I just felt so lame taking pictures there, especially of the old celebrities :P. The famous guests were Robert Englund (aka Freddy Krueger), Michael Biehn (Terminator, Planet Terror) who by the way looked like an old junkie that day, Charlie Bewley (Demetri from the Twilight Saga), Andrew Sachs (Manuel in Fawlty Towers) who is like 80 years old, Ruggero Deodato (director) and Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett from Star Wars) I bet no one even recognized him!
It was my first time there and I thought it was quite small, poor and extremely expensive variety off collectibles, mostly Star Wars, Twilight and Marvel. It was a bit disappointing. I saw a few dolls that I could have taken with me home though, like Chucky or a Living Dead Doll. An autograph from one of the D-celebrities was 200SEK! Unbelievable! But I had fun anyway since I was there with Maia! If I ever go to a sci-fi, game & film convention again, it will be to an even bigger one in a bigger city!
