Don’t get fooled by SEO companies

I have heard about many companies that have paid for a search engine optimization service, and then later discovered that the SEO company just added what every other blogger does by themselves these days, like adding meta tags and other simple stuff. It happens way too often and my suggestion is that you compare search engine optimization services prices and do some research on every one of them as well. It can be a lot of work, I know, but it’s better to do that than to loose the money in the end. SEO is way more than a couple of keywords here and there!

I know there are a few really good companies out there, can’t think of any though. But you are better of going to a webmaster forum, like Digital Point or V7N, asking questions and reading other peoples strategies.
It’s hard work to really do it right. So, if you wanna just throw money at it, be prepared to spend a lot, a few hundred. Or $50 for nothing but submission and meta tagging.
