Goodbye

I visited my grandmother on Sunday and she was really ill. She didn’t eat in four weeks and hardly drank anything and she just lay there in her bed. I was there to say goodbye. I did it in my own way.
Today I’m glad I finally went to visit her since I have had a hard time doing so before because I just couldn’t stand seeing her ill old and broken.
She died this morning.
Saying goodbye really helps to move on…

I am very sorry about your loss Malin! I hope you feel you had some closure having the chance to say your goodbyes. My condolences.
