Mutual review: Read Jack’s review of Infektia.net

Since Jack was really kind to give me a review it’s my duty to give one back.

Jack owns Ming Yun which is, from what I can see, a personal blog with some writings and poems as content. Since I’m not a poetry girl I’m not going to try to criticize those, but I read some of them and I liked what I read, more than that I’m not going to say since that wouldn’t be fair.
I enjoyed reading your Obligatory Lists, make sure you finish the rest! ;)

Design wise the theme is very simple. I like the color scheme but the navigation is a bit too dark. The text is hard to read because they are small serif fonts. Another problem is the width of the content area. Anyone with a bigger screen solution than 800×600 would have problems with reading the text since it spans over the whole screen. Our eyes doesn’t like that.
Another thing is the title on the top, it doesn’t match the rest of the site because of it’s font style.

As you mention in your Web Design Philosophy area, it says that you have been web designing for over ten years. It doesn’t show at all. So I guess you must have done that one in about ten minutes. If you have more skills, show them!
