Symbols on beauty products

I’m a bit ashamed for telling you this but I have just discovered the meaning of some of the packaging symbols. (Please don’t pick on me for this! :P)
I’ve always been a little frustrated over the lack of “use before”-dates on beauty products, like mascaras and body lotions. It turns out that I’ve just been blind. They are there! It’s that little symbol of an open can with a label on how many months you can use it before it gets old!
Am I the only one who missed this?!
I also remembered a question I got at work a while ago (I work for a directory assistance supplier); What does the e-mark on packages mean? It means that “the product has been packed according to the requirements of the European Communities average weight rules“. (Thank you Google!)
And while we’re at it. Here is an explanation to the recycling symbols. Not that interesting. Got dizzy reading about them.

I never knew that’s what that meant either (I don’t think I ever noticed it?). Sometimes I read the ingredients on something and that’s the extent of it.
Där ser man! Jag var inte heller medveten om vad symbolerna betyder. Då har jag lärt mig något nytt! :)
Really! I had no idea! That’s really cool!
