Great style from Carmakoma

I was going through the sale section over at Carmakoma (a danish plus size clothing brand) and I found several great outfits that I would love to have! Just take a look at the black coat! It’s to die for! Unfortunately, even on sale, it’s a bit expensive for me right now, since I’m going to study I can’ t spend as much as I would like.

But feel free to send me anything, my birthday is coming up ( it’s on August 7 to be exact)! :D

Hello Kitty and Dr Martens

Hello Kitty hearts Dr Martens! Dr. Martens is celebrationg their 50th anniversary with a collaboration with Sanrio. They are supposed to be released in July 2010.
I’m not a big fan of Hello Kitty but I totally fell in love with the white and blue boots with a red ribbon! Give them to me!

Svenska: Hello Kitty hjärta Dr Martens. Dr. Martens firar 50 år med att göra ett samarbete med Sanrio. De ska tydligen släppas i Juli 2010.
Jag är inget stort fan av Hello Kitty men jag blev helt nerkärad i de vita och blå kängorna med den röda rosetten. Jag vill ha!

Everyday Minerals – again

I know I’ve talked about makeup a bit too much lately, I’m not going to turn this in to a beauty blog. But these are all the news I have to tell! I’m working and working so I don’t really have much time for anything else.

Last week I received two brushes and two eye shadows from EverydayMinerals. One foundation brush and one eye shadow brush. The eye shadows are Floating Feathers and Pressed Olive.

Once again I have to give EM the highest score. I’ve never experienced so soft brushes! I’ve already tossed away my cheap H&M brushes! It’s a huge difference!

And, Floating Feathers is my newest favorite among my eye shadows! Not that I have many. I’ve got these two, a two colored one from Isadora, a couple from H&M and a small palette from Viva La Diva. And I also only buy samples when it comes to mineral products since they last very long for me (it’s cheaper too!).

Gucci RTW Fall 2009

I just saw the images from Gucci’s latest collection on a fashion blog and went “wow!”. I just love the style! It’s black and rock! Check out the images from Gucci RTW Fall 2009 at WWD.com and tell me what you think!

Enough about that. I should get down to the basement to see if there’s anyone in the wash house, if there’s not I might just slip in and wash some clothes. I don’t think you are allowed to wash after 8 in the evening but I really have to!

Size Zero?

I thought that all the fuzz about “size zero” a while ago would make a change in the fashion industry. But looking at the spring collections of Chloé (left) and Louis Vuitton (right) it seems like nothing has changed. It’s more like they are going for size -1. Skeletons on the runway is not fun to look at. Models has been skinny since the beginning but sometimes it just way too extreme.

Jag trodde allt snack om “size zero” för ett tag sen skulle göra så att det blev lite skillnad på catwalken. Men när man kollar på vårkollektionerna för Chloé (vänster) och Louis Vuitton (höger) så verkar det som att ingenting har förändrats. Känns mer som att de siktar på storlek -1. Jag tycker inte alls det är roligt att se skelett gå på catwalken. Modeller har ju varit smala sen tidernas begynnelse men ibland blir det bara för extremt.
