Why you shouldn’t get some types of dogs and cats
My neighbor, an old lady, has an Affenpinscher (image to the left). I have to tell you that it’s one of the ugliest type of dog I have ever seen. The one she has is even uglier that the one on the picture. When I first moved in I thought it was Satan visiting my neighborhood.
Back to the point. She said that the dog was ill and that he had been a few days at the hospital because of his problems with the bronchus. Like she didn’t expect that from the beginning. If the nose is almost at the same line as the eyes and as pushed in as it is, you got to have some problems sooner or later.
I don’t get why you decide to continue to breed these kind of animals, you are giving birth to deformed creatures that will suffer from what mankind did to them, starting from their birth. It’s the same as with cats, have you seen those Persian cats? It’s horrible! Stop the animal cruelty damnit!
And also, don’t humiliate your cat or dog by putting stupid clothes on them. If the clothes doesn’t serve a purpose for the animal it shouldn’t be wearing it!
The worst are those cats with no fur…ewww. I will now try to turn “I thought it was satan” into a catchphrase, thanks for the laugh!

I found my beautiful dog at the pound, but I deliberately chose a cross breed. I have friends who bought dogs from breeders, and the poor creatures have suffered with hip dysplasia, breathing difficulty … all from being so inbred. We love to tinker with nature, but because it’s not us who suffers, it doesn’t seem to matter.

I am sad the way they breed pugs and other dogs with a nose so the dog hardly can breathe.
I personally love big dogs such as black labs, retrievers, shepherds and such.

I have a Persian cat and I personally think that he is just as beautiful as my two other cats. Besides this, I believe that every animal is beautiful in his own right and your accusations are purely opionated. Perhaps what you think is not what everyone else thinks.

What about persian cats? They are the most friendly breed of all. And mine is amazingly beautiful!!!!

I’ve thought the exact same thing — why?! Do people actually think it’s cute? Those Persian kittens (and any of the kinds with their nose squished up between their eyes) are the only ugly kittens I’ve ever seen in my life! I just don’t understand it. And like you said, the poor things have so many health problems it’s ridiculous. It makes me sad.
